Questions from Salem homeowners
I only use the place on weekends. Can you look after it?
That is most of our Salem work. We set a visit schedule that fits how you use the property, keep the cleared areas and drive maintained, and send a short note with photos after each visit flagging anything that needs your decision — a downed limb, a washed-out drive shoulder, a leak you would not otherwise know about until you arrived.
Can you keep the woods from taking the yard back?
Yes, and it is cheaper to hold a line than to reclaim one. We cut back the edge two to three times a season, keep saplings and privet out of the transition zone, and limb up over the driveway so a truck can pass. Once an edge has been let go for several years it becomes clearing work rather than maintenance, priced separately.
