A weekly maintenance property on Lake Keowee — clean edges, tight beds, and mulch refreshed twice a year.

We took over this property from a national chain that wasn't showing up on schedule. The first month was a full reset: bed edges cut back, three yards of dark hardwood mulch installed, overgrown holly thinned, and a mowing height set for the fescue. It's been on a weekly plan ever since.
